Please hoover carpets before cleaning. - This prevents the machine from becoming clogged and keeps it functioning properly.

After emptying the bucket of water, please also clean out red lint screen prior to replacing tank. - If the machine doesn't seem to be working correctly, check that the lint screen is not blocked.
